Briarigg Play Park

Locals round here know Briarigg as one of those no-fuss spots that just does the job well. The slides and swings cover the basics, but it’s genuinely well set up for the younger ones — kids from around 2 up to about 12 get good use out of it. It’s the kind of place where you’ll see the same familiar faces week after week, which tells you something about how the community has taken to it. Easy enough to get to from the town, and it doesn’t feel like an afterthought the way some smaller parks do.
