Belfairs Park Woodland Play Area

If you’re local to Leigh-on-Sea, you probably already know Belfairs is one of those spots that earns its reputation. The woodland play area has solid climbing structures and a water feature the kids absolutely lose their minds over, especially in summer. You’re right on the edge of proper forest trails here, so it’s easy to combine a decent walk or bike ride with letting the little ones burn off energy. Dogs are welcome, there’s a café on site, picnic tables, shade when you need it, and parking that’s actually manageable. Genuinely one of the better all-day options in the area for families — and it doesn’t feel overrun like some parks closer to the seafront.
