Honestly, this one’s squarely aimed at the little ones — we’re talking proper toddler territory. The swings are the main draw for the under-4 crowd, and parents round here know it’s a decent shout when you’ve got a small child who just wants a gentle push and some fresh air. Nothing flashy, but sometimes that’s exactly what you need. Lincoln has fancier parks, but Carlton does the basics right for that age group.
