Cold Ashby Playing Fields

Decent little spot if you’re after somewhere with actual room to breathe — the open grass field is properly spacious, which you don’t always get around here. The basketball court gets used regularly and it’s kept in good nick, no broken hoops or cracked tarmac nonsense. Families tend to come here for a kick-about or to let younger ones run themselves tired, and there’s parking right there so you’re not lugging everything half a mile. It stays noticeably clean, which makes a difference when you’re actually trying to enjoy it.
