Shropshire Sculpture Park

If you haven’t been to this place yet, honestly what are you waiting for. It’s a proper day out — sculptures made from recycled materials dotted across open grounds, some of them genuinely massive, and there’s enough spread across the site that you’ll easily clock a few miles without it feeling like exercise. Kids tend to lose their minds a bit when they spot the bigger pieces, and there’s usually something educational attached if you’re into that sort of thing. The cafe is worth sticking around for too, not just an afterthought. Free parking makes it easy to just turn up and wander.
