Farlakes Playground

Honestly, it’s a small setup — just some slides suited for toddlers and younger kids — but the lake views make it feel like more than a typical residential playground. The green space around it is well-kept, and the whole area has a calm, unhurried feel that’s hard to find closer to the centre. The real draw for older kids (and dogs) is the open grass field right next to it, which works well for a kickabout or just letting them run. Good spot if you’ve got little ones and want somewhere quiet for an afternoon out.
