Locals know this one’s genuinely well looked after — not something you can always count on round here. There’s a fenced-off section that’s proper handy if you’ve got toddlers, keeps them contained while older kids get stuck into the climbing structure and slides. The swings are always popular and it rarely gets too hectic, which makes a nice change. It’s the kind of place you can actually sit and relax rather than spending the whole visit on high alert.
