Got a toddler or a kid who still thinks they’re too cool for slides? Rope Walk has both covered. The refurb has done it a lot of good — the equipment actually looks like someone put thought into it, and it stays noticeably clean compared to a lot of spots in town. Parents get decent sightlines throughout, which matters more than people admit. When the little ones are done, there’s a proper open grass field right alongside for a kickabout or just burning off whatever energy they’ve got left. The shaded seating and picnic tables make it easy to stretch out the visit without everyone melting.
