Gargrave Playground

Tucked away in Gargrave village just outside Skipton, this enclosed play area is one of those spots locals genuinely rate. The fencing means you’re not constantly chasing kids toward the road, which makes a real difference when you’ve got little ones. Equipment caters to a decent age range, so older and younger siblings can actually both find something to do. Parking right outside the gate is a proper bonus — no lugging everything half a mile across a field. It’s kept in good nick too, which sadly isn’t something you can say about every playground round here.
