It’s consistently clean, which honestly isn’t something you can say about every soft play in the area, and the calm atmosphere makes it a solid pick for littles under 8 who get overwhelmed by the bigger, louder venues. Parents get good sightlines throughout, there are benches and picnic tables to settle into, and the baby changing facilities mean you’re not caught out. The staff genuinely seem to care — friendly without being over the top, and known for going out of their way if you’ve got dietary needs to flag. Parking’s on hand too, so the whole trip is pretty stress-free from start to finish.
