Preston Park Adventure Play Area

Gets busy on weekends for good reason — this is one of those parks where you can actually spend a half-day without anyone getting bored. The play area is well set up for a range of ages, with a sandpit that younger kids absolutely lose themselves in, plus climbing frames and slides that’ll keep older ones occupied too. There’s a café on site which makes a real difference, and the open fields rolling out toward the lake give parents somewhere decent to walk or just sit on a bench and breathe. Parking, loos, and a baby changing station mean it’s genuinely stress-free for families with little ones. Honestly one of the better free days out in Stockton.
