A solid little park that punches above its weight for a residential area — the zipline alone makes it worth the trip for kids under 10. Everything feels well looked after, which isn’t always a given, and the single-gate enclosure means you’re not constantly doing headcounts. There’s a decent spread of kit too: slides, swings, climbing frames, so most ages from toddlers upward find something to get stuck into. The picnic tables get used properly here, especially on weekends when families come off the nearby trails through the woods. Parking’s easy, the grass field gives older kids room to roam, and the benches mean you can actually sit down rather than hover the whole time.
