River Park got a proper overhaul not too long ago and it shows — the equipment is solid, well-maintained, and actually caters to a decent range of ages rather than just the five-to-ten crowd. The hamster wheel is genuinely the star of the show and kids absolutely lose their minds for it. There’s been real thought put into making it inclusive, which you don’t always see at city parks. Winchester locals know this one well, and honestly it deserves the reputation it’s got.
