Winall Manor Park

Locals round here know Winall Manor Park is one of the better-kept spots in Winchester — the equipment actually gets maintained, which sounds like a low bar but honestly isn’t. There’s a solid mix for kids: slides, swings, a merry-go-round, and a zipline that the older ones will happily hog all afternoon. Toddlers are well catered for, but the basketball court and football field mean bigger kids and adults have something to do too. The open grass stretches out nicely, and with a pond nearby and parking on hand, it’s easy to make a proper afternoon of it. Not flashy, just a genuinely good park that does what it’s supposed to.
