Honestly, if you’re looking for a soft play in Workington, this probably shouldn’t be your first stop. The equipment — including the ride-on train — tends to look like it hasn’t seen a proper clean in a while, and several areas feel noticeably dark and tight for younger kids to move around comfortably. Parents will want to stay close, since the slides aren’t well monitored and some of the staircases are steep enough to cause concern for the under-fives. There’s a basketball court on site which older kids in the 1–10 age range might get some use out of, but the overall management feels a bit hands-off.
