Dundrum Inner Bay Car Park and Play Park

Right on the edge of Dundrum Inner Bay, this spot is honestly one of the better-kept secrets along this stretch of coast — locals know it, tourists mostly don’t. The enclosed play area keeps younger ones (we’re talking toddlers up to about 12) contained while you actually get to sit at a picnic table and take in the bay views without chasing anyone into traffic. Free parking right there, toilets on site, open grass for a kickabout — it ticks a lot of boxes for a half-day out. The walking path is an easy stroll with the water on one side and forest trails nearby if you fancy stretching your legs after lunch.
