Mill Loch Playground

Right on the edge of Mill Loch, this is one of those spots locals have been bringing their kids to for generations — there’s something genuinely special about a playground that’s seen great-grandchildren of original visitors come through. It’s a proper family staple in Lockerbie rather than some flash new installation. The loch setting does a lot of the heavy lifting, giving the whole place a calm, unhurried feel that’s hard to find elsewhere in town.
