Right in the middle of Stornoway, this playground is one of those spots locals actually rely on rather than just stumble across. The enclosed area means you’re not constantly chasing kids toward the road, which makes a real difference in a town centre setting. It’s kept in decent shape — bins everywhere, nothing feels neglected. The toilets on site only open seasonally, but there’s a public one close by if you’re caught short out of hours. A solid option if you’re already in town and the kids need to burn off some energy.
