Playground

Right on Seaview Terrace, this is one of those spots locals end up at almost by default — partly because it’s handy, and partly because Stag Bakeries is practically next door, which makes the post-play snack situation very easy to sort. Sandwick Bay is a short walk away too, so you can easily make an afternoon of it if the weather plays along (and in Lewis, you take that when you can get it). It’s a straightforward community playground without any fuss, well-placed for families already spending time in that part of Stornoway.
