If you’re local to Wick, you probably already know this one. Staxigoe Playground is well fenced all the way round, which makes a real difference when you’ve got a toddler who thinks running off is a sport. The equipment is newer than most you’ll find in the area, and it handles the full spread — from 18-month-olds finding their feet to older kids who’ll head straight for the football pitch with the proper nets. Honestly, it’s one of those spots that actually works for the whole family without anyone feeling like they’ve drawn the short straw.
