Honestly one of the better soft play spots in Cardiff for the under-7 crowd — it’s clean, which sounds like a low bar but really isn’t when you’ve visited enough of these places. The staff are genuinely friendly rather than just going through the motions, and that makes a difference when you’re wrangling a toddler. Birthday parties go down well here, and parents tend to come back for them rather than just giving it a one-time try. Worth knowing the food gets a mention almost every time someone recommends it locally, which is not something you can say about most indoor play venues.
