Haverfordwest’s got a fair bit of history to it, and Memorial Playing Field fits right into that character — an open grass space that locals actually use rather than just walk past. It’s the kind of place where kids can just run without bumping into equipment or fences every five seconds, which honestly has its own appeal. Nothing fancy going on here, but as a community green space it does the job, especially if you’re already in town and need somewhere to let the little ones burn off some energy. Worth knowing if you’re visiting the cathedral area and want a breather between stops.
