If you’ve got little ones who like to bolt, the enclosed setup here is genuinely useful — you’re not constantly chasing anyone toward the road. The climbing structure gets a decent workout from the older kids, and there’s a toddler swing too, so it works well when you’ve got a mixed-age situation. Once they’ve burned through the play equipment, the basketball court and open grass field next to it give you somewhere else to go without moving the car. It’s small, but honestly that’s kind of the point — easy to keep an eye on everyone without much stress.
