Shoemaker Bay Recreational Playground

If you’re going to spend an afternoon outside in Wrangell, this is a solid spot to do it. Parents can keep an easy eye on things from the benches and picnic tables, which is a nice bonus. It sits right in the Shoemaker Bay Rec Area, so you’ve got the beach on one side and forest trails on the other — easy to tack on a walk before or after.
