Locals in Castle Rock know this one’s a solid pick for a low-stress afternoon out. Bring a lunch — the picnic tables get used for a reason, and the benches give you a decent view of the soccer field if someone in your crew wants to kick a ball around. Restrooms on site, which honestly makes or breaks a park visit with little ones. It stays clean too, which isn’t something you can say about every park in the area.
