Fox Run Playground

If you live on the north end of Colorado Springs, you probably already know about this one — and if you don’t, you’re missing out. The climbing structure is solid for the 3-8 crowd, but honestly the real draw is everything surrounding it: big open grass fields, a bouldering area the kids go nuts for, and trails that wind through the pines down toward the pond. It’s the kind of park where you can throw some burgers on the BBQ grill, let the little ones burn off energy, and actually hear yourself think. Shade trees keep things comfortable, parking is easy, and the whole place stays genuinely clean — which isn’t something you can say about every park in town.
