The rubber surfacing under the play equipment is a nice touch — way better than the mulch pits you find at half the parks around here. It’s a quiet neighborhood feel, which is honestly a relief compared to the chaos at the main beach access points. Free parking, some outdoor fitness equipment for the adults, and the beach is right there when everyone’s ready to migrate.
