Henderson Park

If you’re looking for a place to run around with the kids on a traditional playset, Henderson Park isn’t it anymore — the main playground equipment is gone. But honestly, this Tucker spot has a lot going for it otherwise. The walking path winds through some genuinely pretty scenery, with a pond nearby and woods close enough that it feels like you’ve left the suburbs behind. There’s a water feature, a soccer field, open grass for whatever you need it for, and enough shade trees and benches that you can actually sit comfortably in the Georgia heat. Dogs love it here too, and the neighborhood around it stays pretty quiet.
