One of those parks that feels like it hasn’t changed much in decades — and that’s honestly a good thing. The merry-go-round alone makes it worth the trip, since you don’t see those at many parks anymore. Kids have slides, swings, and a climbing structure to keep busy while the adults grab a picnic table or do a loop on the walking path around the pond. Restrooms are on-site, which makes a difference when you’re staying a while. It’s a quiet neighborhood spot, nothing flashy, but Edwardsville locals keep coming back for a reason.
