The equipment here is genuinely cool — we’re talking tree-shaped swings and a dragonfly seesaw that the kids absolutely lose their minds over. It’s not your standard cookie-cutter playground, and whoever designed it clearly put some thought into making it feel like it belongs in nature rather than just dropped into a field. The climbing structure keeps the 3-12 crowd busy long enough for parents to actually sit down and enjoy the lake views for a minute. Springfield has plenty of parks, but this one has a little something extra going on.
