Free outdoor fitness gear in the middle of Lincoln Park — honestly, it’s one of the more underrated spots in Springfield for getting a workout in without paying for a gym membership. The equipment is approachable enough that you don’t need to know what you’re doing to figure it out, but there’s enough variety to keep regulars coming back. Accessibility is solid, which isn’t something every outdoor fitness setup can claim. Good fresh air, no membership fees, no excuses.
