Playground

Honestly, not enough people in Overland Park know about this one, and that’s kind of a good thing. There are two separate play areas — one for the little kids (2-5) and a bigger setup for the older ones (5-12) — so you’re not constantly pulling a toddler off equipment meant for a ten-year-old. The walking path that connects right from the playground is a nice bonus if you want to get some steps in while the kids burn energy. Parking is easy, which sounds like a small thing until you’ve circled a lot three times with a cranky five-year-old in the back seat.
