Honestly, this one needs some love. The overgrowth has gotten out of hand, and if you’re heading in from the main entrance, watch out near the sign — there have been wasp nests reported there, which isn’t exactly a great welcome. It’s a shame because the bones of the park are fine, but the upkeep just hasn’t kept pace. Worth calling the city if you visit and notice it’s still in rough shape, because this neighborhood deserves better.
