Honestly, this one’s a mixed bag depending on when you show up. The pavilion situation has been a recurring complaint from locals — maintenance isn’t exactly keeping up with it. Bees can be an issue too, so if that’s a concern for your kids, worth a heads-up before you make the trip. Mount Morris has its charms, but Al Lorenz Park could use some more attention from whoever’s in charge of upkeep.
