The Carmelo Anthony Basketball Center draws a crowd on its own, and the John A. Lally Athletics Complex right there makes it worth the trip even if the playground is just one piece of the picture. It’s the kind of place where an hour turns into three without anyone really noticing. Good energy, lots of open green space, and it pulls a mix of ages — not just little kids.
