Schaffer Ave Park

Pretty no-frills spot in the 13206, but that’s kind of the point — it’s a neighborhood park, not a destination. Locals use it to get outside without having to drive anywhere, which counts for a lot when you just need some fresh air. Don’t show up expecting a lot of bells and whistles, because the amenities are pretty basic. Still, it fills a real need for the people who live right around Schaffer Ave.
