One of those no-frills neighborhood spots that Utica does pretty well — nothing flashy, but it gets the job done for kids who just need to burn off some energy outside. It’s handy if you’re already out and about in the area, especially with shops and places to eat close by. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need, a quick stop that doesn’t require a whole production.
