Springfield Lake Playground

Right on the edge of Springfield Lake, this spot has one of the better ziplines you’ll find at a public playground in the Akron area — kids absolutely lose their minds for it. The lighthouse-themed structure gives the whole place a personality you don’t really see at your average neighborhood park. There’s a swing setup that works for both little ones and adults, which is honestly underrated when you’re trying to keep everyone happy at the same time. With the lake right there as a backdrop, it’s the kind of place you end up staying way longer than planned.
