Elmer Thomas Park Playground

Two large playgrounds make this one of the better spots in Lawton for a full afternoon out — one of them is set up with accessibility in mind, which you don’t always see done well around here. The shade situation is genuinely good, so summer visits are actually bearable. Restrooms are on-site, parking is easy, and the free splash pad is right across the lot, which basically makes this a two-for-one deal. Families with kids of different ages tend to do well here since there’s enough going on to keep everyone busy.
