The splash pad is the real draw — kids go absolutely nuts for it on hot Philly summers, and it’s one of the better water features you’ll find in an urban park. Everything’s fully fenced in, so toddlers can run loose without you having to chase them into traffic. Grab one of the shaded benches while they play — there’s actually decent tree cover here, which you can’t always count on. The community has put some real care into this place, with plantings and art touches that make it feel like more than just a slab of concrete with equipment on it.
