This little spot in North Myrtle Beach doesn’t get nearly enough credit. The shade trees actually do their job here — you can sit at the picnic tables or benches for a solid hour without baking, which matters a lot in a South Carolina summer. Kids in the 2-8 range will find plenty to keep them busy between the climbing structure and swings, and the equipment looks like it’s been updated recently. There’s a basketball court if older siblings tag along, and the restrooms are genuinely clean, not just “park clean.” Being a short walk from the beach makes it a practical stop for families who need a break from the sand but aren’t ready to head home yet.
