Dolphin Park

Right off North Beach, this spot gets a lot of foot traffic for good reason — the playground equipment is actually new and well-kept, which you don’t always find around here. It connects directly to the beach walk, so you can let the kids run the playground and then just stroll down to the water without moving the car. Restrooms, a gazebo, plenty of parking — they didn’t cut corners on the basics. Locals bring their families out here on weekends and it never feels trashed or neglected, which says a lot.
