Lindale Park

If you live anywhere near this part of Corpus Christi, Lindale Park is probably already on your regular rotation — and for good reason. The splash pad is the real draw on those brutal South Texas afternoons, and it actually gets maintained, which isn’t something you can say about every park in the area. Kids from toddlers up through around 10 or so all seem to find something here, whether that’s the play sets, the covered basketball court, or just running around the open grass field. The picnic tables and benches are a nice touch too — someone even painted murals on the benches, so it doesn’t feel like a forgotten afterthought of a park. Honestly, the cleanliness alone puts it ahead of a lot of the competition.
