Locals with kids in Williamsburg know this one’s worth the trip — Freedom Park does a solid job of splitting things up so your toddler isn’t getting bulldozed by the big kids. The separate zones for younger and older children actually make a difference, and parents tend to appreciate that more than they expect. Swings come in a few varieties, and the climbing structure gives kids something genuinely challenging to work through. Good range for ages 2 to 12, so if you’ve got a couple of kids at different stages, everyone’s got something to do.
