Tucked away enough that it doesn’t get overrun, Chestnut Avenue is one of those spots locals tend to keep to themselves. It’s small, but whoever looks after it actually does the job — you’re not wading through litter or dealing with broken equipment here. The open grass field alongside it is honestly half the appeal, giving kids proper room to run about when the play area itself feels a bit cramped. Worth noting if you’ve got little ones under three: don’t expect much in the way of toddler-specific kit, so manage expectations accordingly.
