Honestly one of the better coffee stops in Bedford — the espresso is spot on and the pastries actually live up to the hype. Staff here are genuinely friendly, not just going through the motions, which makes a difference. Grab one of the picnic tables outside if the weather’s playing ball and you could easily lose an hour or two. The historic mill setting gives it a bit of character you don’t get from your average high street café.
