Probably one of the better spots in Bedford for a proper afternoon out with kids — there’s enough here to keep a range of ages genuinely occupied. You’ve got your usual slides, swings, and climbing structure, but the sandbox and water feature give younger ones something to actually dig into, which not all parks bother with. The pond nearby adds a nice backdrop, and the walking path around the park means you’re not just standing watching — you can actually move about. Shade trees, benches, toilets, and parking all sorted, so you’re not scrambling. Good for anywhere from toddlers up to around 11 or 12, especially if they fancy a bit of basketball after the playground.
