The equipment is new, which makes a real difference — you’ve got slides, swings, a climbing structure, and a merry-go-round, so little ones actually have options. The shade trees do solid work on hot Canberra afternoons, and there are benches for parents to actually sit and watch rather than hover the whole time. It’s not a destination park if you’re coming from across town, but if you’re local or passing through Florey with a toddler in tow, it’s worth stopping.
