The zipline alone makes this place worth the trip — kids absolutely lose it for that thing, and there’s usually a queue. You’ve got slides, swings, and tunnels rounding out the equipment, so toddlers and older kids both stay busy without anyone getting bored. The BBQ area and shaded picnic tables mean you can actually settle in for a few hours rather than just a quick stop, and the shade trees do a solid job on a hot Tauranga afternoon. Once the kids have burned off some energy, the lakeside walking path is right there if you want to stretch your legs.
