Childrens Playground

Holywells Park has always been a decent green space, but since the playground got refurbished it’s genuinely one of the better spots in Ipswich for a family afternoon out. The splash park is the real draw in summer — kids absolutely lose their minds for it, and it saves you having to explain why you’re not taking them somewhere with a pool. There’s a solid climbing structure too, plus benches if you need a sit-down while you keep half an eye on things. Parking is nearby, loos are on site, and the whole setup works for a pretty wide age range rather than just the under-fives crowd.
